(hereinafter referred to as: Training Institution)

and

the person participating in the training, their details must be filled in the form
(hereinafter referred to as: Participant)

– together: I'm afraid – under the following conditions.

1. Legal basis of the contract

This contract is a contract on adult education. Act LXXVII of 2013 (Act LXXVII of 2013), and its implementing regulation, the Government Decree No. 11/2020 (II.7.) based on, for adult training conducted on the basis of notification is created.
The contract is concluded electronically.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is the provision of adult education within the framework of a legal relationship, training organized based on notification, which is not internal training and is not education organized under the law.

3. Name and characteristics of the training

Name of the training: Dog Training and Cynology Course
Total number of hours of training: 50 hours
The training does not qualify as closed-system electronic distance learning.

Crediting previously acquired knowledge: not relevant, the contract applies to the entire training.

4. Duration of training

Planned start date of the training: March 11, 2026.
Planned completion date of the training: May 3, 2026.

5. Training schedule and curriculum units

Theoretical classes (online):

Location: Future of Dogs Dog School (Savoya Park), as well as designated external locations (e.g. animal shelters).
The Training Institution reserves the right to make changes, of which it will inform the Participant in advance.

6. Training content

Main topics of the training:

• breed and individual selection

• proper socialization

• establishing a dog-owner relationship

• coexistence norms

• communication and emotional state

• feeding theory

• motivation and learning

• prohibition conditioning

• basic obedience in theory and practice

• managing instincts and abilities

• recognizing and treating behavioral problems

• communication with farmers

• running a dog school

• basic legal knowledge

• ethology

• basic veterinary knowledge

• device usage

• leading group sessions

• guardianship funds

• presentation of obedience sports (BH/VT, IGP, Obedience, Rally Obedience)

7. Performance monitoring and evaluation

At the end of the training, a final evaluation takes place in the following forms:

• oral assessment

• written statement

• practical assessment

To successfully complete the course, during the final assessment at least 70% performance is required.
The training is not subject to a statutory official examination.

8. Absence

The training is an adult training organized on the basis of notification, therefore the level of absences is not recorded.
The Participant acknowledges that successful completion is conditional on mastering the professional content of the training.

9. Training fee and payment terms

The training fee is: 299,000 HUF

Payment method: bank transfer
Cost bearer: Participant

The training fee is affordable:

• in a lump sum upon conclusion of the contract, or

• by installments, according to an individual agreement.

In case of withdrawal after conclusion of the contract 60,000 HUF deposit is non-refundable.

10. Documents to be obtained during the training

After successful completion of the training:

• Adult Education Certificate (Electronic or paper based upon participant's request)

• Certificate issued by the Future of Dogs Sports Association

11. Participant's obligations

The Participant undertakes to:

• actively participates in the training,

• adheres to the training schedule,

• does not exhibit behavior that disrupts training,

• reports any changes to your data within 3 working days,

• In the event of termination of the contract, you will pay the fee for the training services already used.

12. Obligations of the Training Institution

The Training Institution undertakes to:

• provides the personal and material conditions necessary for training,

• conducts the training at a professionally appropriate level,

• informs the Participant about the changes.

13. Breach of contract

In the event of breach of contract, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

14. Data management

The participant acknowledges that data processing is mandatory for participation in the training.
Data management is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, the Information Act and the GDPR.
The data will be stored by the Training Institution from the date of termination of the contract. For 8 years treats.

15. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall primarily resolve disputes amicably. If this fails, they shall refer the matter to the competent court.

16. Final provisions

In matters not regulated in this contract, the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, its implementing regulations, and the Civil Code shall apply.
